July also marked Brady turning six months old!!! And you know what that means, time for food!!! I have documented our first days with some pics and a video!!
In addition to eating, Brady is sitting up on his own, playing with toys, reaching for them and picking them up and showing anger when his mother takes certain "toys" away, like, scissors, pens, and dog toys!!! But I would have to say Brady's all time favorite new grown up thing is controlling his own binky. He takes it out, puts it back in, just holds it in his hand - whatever he wants to do, he does. It makes him feel very big!!! Also in July, Nick and I found baby air jordan's in a local consignment shop here in town so here is a pic of our boy all jordified!!
Oh I almost forgot to put up his 6 month stats. Brady is now 50th percentile in all categories!!!! YAY!! He weighed 17 lbs and was 26 in. long! We're so proud of our growing boy and just love him to pieces. He has really got me wrapped around his little finger....and dad too!!

It looks like Nick is having tons of fun getting Brady all into sports...super cute! I loved all of the pictures. Your Utah pics make me miss the beautiful mountains. Glad you guys had a fun July! We'll talk soon.
He is so precious! Just look at him in that bumbo eating rice cereal! So big! Thank goodness for binky control - doesn't it make life easier? :) Last Wednesday at mutual soem of the girls were talking about "Sister Long" and how they missed her and how she has "the cutest baby!" Jenny didn't know you'd had a baby (or she probably just forgot being the busy superwoman she is) and was thrilled about the news.
man, i miss that little guy. Can't wait to see him again in a few days. Love the food pics! He's doing so much better than even a couple of weeks ago. Love this little man.
Is that a dish towel around his neck for a bib? You are a mom after my own heart! I can't get over how cute Brady is. He needs to be in pictures - maybe your SIL's new Snug-A-Bug model?!
This kid is going to be dating before I ever get to meet him. He's so big! Sigh...
